Eligibility: To participate in promotions; a complimentary Grand Rewards Players Club membership is required. To obtain a membership, Guests may visit the Grand Rewards Players Club counter located on premise. Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Promotion: Any licensed MLCV Associate, Associates of Grand Casinos, and any Associate assigned to the Marketing Department, Director Level Associates and above and their immediate household. Subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Club Rules: Grand Rewards cards and benefits are non-transferable and may not be brokered, bartered or sold. Grand Rewards members distributing their cards to others than those registered to the account to obtain entries for drawings may be subject to membership revocation. The Grand Rewards member obtaining the entries for others may be subject to revocation. Grand Rewards cards are only for the personal use of the individuals to which they are issued. Any other party may not use them and they are to be used in accordance with the Grand Rewards club rules.
Employees of Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures, Grand casinos Mille Lacs and Hinckley, who have self-suppressed cannot obtain a Grand Rewards Club card or Benefits with six (6) months of suppression request.
Prize Rules: Guest must provide any Government issued Photo ID (e.g. Passport, Tribal, Military, State or Federal issued picture identification), social security number and Grand Rewards Players Club card will be required to claim all prizes. Prizes will not be held for guests who do not have proper documentation. Prizes do not include spending money, meals, gratuity, service charges, transportation costs, insurance, taxes and other expenses or items not specifically described as part of the prize. Any and all taxes and/or fees associated with prize receipt, redemption and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. Failure to accept the prize in accordance with the rules will result in prize forfeiture. Must be present to win. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Major prize winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Hinckley Minnesota™ require you to provide information necessary to complete a 1099 form for all gifts, cash, or prizes it extends to you with a value $100 or more in the event the cumulative total value per calendar year equals $600 or more. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law; and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Kiosk Malfunction: In the event of a technical failure, we will offer guests $20 in Grand Play.
Non U.S. residents: Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Hinckley Minnesota™ require you to provide necessary information to complete a 1042S form and pay a 30% tax at the time of receipt of any gift, cash, or prize regardless of dollar value. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Prize winners of $100 or greater must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. Any Government issued Photo ID (e.g. Passport, Tribal, Military, State or Federal issued picture identification), social security number and Grand Rewards Players Club card will be required to claim all prizes. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or comparable value. Any and all taxes and/or fees associated with prize receipt, redemption and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. Failure to accept the prize in accordance with the rules will result in prize forfeiture. Grand Casino Hinckley and affiliates are not responsible for guests not hearing their names being announced over the broadcast system. Players may win a maximum of one major prize per promotion. No purchase necessary. Guests do not redeem points for entries. Entries are based on the accumulation of points during the promotion period. Based upon previous play, guests may also be eligible for additional offers through direct mail.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Prizes offering accommodations are subject to certain restrictions and availability. Prizes do not include spending money, meals, gratuity, service charges, transportation costs, insurance, taxes and other expenses or items not specifically described as part of the prize. The winner understands and agrees that the vehicle does not come with a warranty and that he/she accepts the vehicle as is. Grand Casinos is not responsible for any mechanical failures or any damages resulting therefrom.
Release: By entering this Promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley Associates and company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, redemption or use of the prize.
